A Colorado native, Mike Ciletti joined Phase Line Strategies as a Principal in 2003. Ciletti's background is a diverse blend of experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Phase Line, Ciletti served as Deputy Director for Colorado Governor Bill Owens' Office of Innovation and Technology. In this capacity, Ciletti developed public-private partnerships to achieve a number of specific objectives engaged in economic development and worked to streamline state government through the use of technology. Ciletti also represented the interest of the office to the State Legislature. During his tenure in state government, Ciletti also served in the Governor's Office of Energy Management and Conservation as well as Colorado's International Trade Office. In addition to working in the Owens' Administration Ciletti has also had the pleasure of working for U.S. Senator Wayne Allard (R-CO) and Congressman Joel Hefley (R-CO). Ciletti also has extensive experience in political campaigns and political affairs. He has elected Mayors, State Legislators, members of Congress and Presidents. He has passed referendums for Wal-Mart Stores and directed multi-million dollar Get Out The Vote (GOTV) campaigns for statewide elections. Most notably in 2002 when the GOTV efforts resulted in an over whelming victory for Governor Bill Owens, and surprise victories for U.S. Senator Wayne Allard and Congressman Bob Beauprez, who escaped with a 129 vote margin of victory in Colorado's new 7th congressional district. Ciletti first cut his teeth on politics over 20 years ago walking precincts for then State Senator Joel Hefley on his skate board. Ciletti also plays an active role in his community serving on the Blue Ribbon Panel for Aurora's Future Governance and Infrastructure Development. In addition, Ciletti was appointed by Governor Bill Owens to the Private Activity Bond Fund. A graduate of Regis University, Ciletti and his wife, Michelle currently reside in Aurora, Colorado with their three children. |
