Elizabeth Ryan joined the Phase Line team in January 2009 as an intern. She officially joined the staff in August 2009 as a recent college graduate.

Elizabeth became interested in politics in high school, and interned with a lobbyist from Household Finance, when she decided this was the career path that she would like to pursue.

Prior to her career at Phase Line Strategies, Elizabeth worked at the Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, CO, where she became skilled at customer service. During her time at the Sanctuary, Elizabeth had the opportunity to work with over twenty six charity organizations in Colorado.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in speech communication from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She enjoys golf, travel, reading, and spending time outdoors in the beautiful state of Colorado.
