Proven Success

For several years, Colorado's colleges and universities have seen minimal funding increases, if any at all due to the recent state budget woes. That is, until the 2005 legislative session where Phase Line Strategies was successful in securing long awaited funding for both Western State and Mesa State Colleges, which amounted to significant dollar increases respectively for both schools. These dollars are critical, especially in rural areas where delivering a high quality higher education to students helps drive the local economies.
